World of Warcraft Guide: Pre-Cataclysm Quests in Orgrimmar

Another short quest chain has been introduced in preparation for the next World of Warcraft expansion - Cataclysm. This guide will explain the quests for Horde players. 

The latest pre-Cataclysm quests implemented for the Horde are picked up from the same NPC as the previous ones. There are two available: Tablets of Fire and Subduing the Elements. 

Tablets of Fire

The first quest is to travel to the west zeppelin tower just outside of Orgrimmar's gates. The tablets of fire will be located on the floor. There will also be a 'mysterious crystal' for the player to click on which will help them fight any elemental mobs that appear round the tablets of fire. The player needs to return to Orgrimmar with the tablets. This ends this small quest chain.

Subduing the Elements

The second quest is called Subduing the Elements and a player will receive an Elemental Sapta which when drunk will allow the player to see elemental mobs around Orgrimmar, and a Cleansing Totem which will subdue 20 elemental mobs as required by the quest. Once this is completed it is also the end of the quests available for now.

Over the next few weeks more Cataclysm-related quests and events will be implemented. These few quests can be completed by almost any level player, for which they will receive experience and reputation for. Level 80 players will receive over 13 gold for each of the quest completed.
