Castlevania: Lords of Shadow DLC Coming in Early 2011

Two new DLC packages promise new monsters, levels, and storylines.

Konami has announced that two new DLC packages will be released in early 2011 for the smash hit Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.  The action/adventure game, featuring the quest of vampire hunter Gabriel Belmont to avenge the murder of his wife at the hands of the demonic Lords of Shadow, hit the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles in October of this year.

The first DLC, titled “Reverie,” will have Gabriel returning to the Castle to help Carmilla’s former servant Laura fight the forces of evil left uncontrolled at the Vampire Queen’s death. The second DLC, “Resurrection,” will continue Gabriel’s story directly after the end of the original game and provide insights into the mysterious epilogue and Gabriel’s ultimate fate. “Resurrection” will be larger in scope than “Reverie,” and include a final battle with an infamous foe. 

Both DLC packages will feature all-new levels, enemies, and storylines.
