Hard Corps: Uprising Gets Release Date

New Contra title also kicks off Xbox LIVE Arcade House Party.

Hard Corps: Uprising, the latest title in the run-‘n-gun series Contra, has been given the release date of February 16, 2011 for Xbox LIVE Arcade. Going for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15), it will be the first of five games released for Microsoft’s Xbox LIVE Arcade House Party program.

Hard Corps: Uprising stars Colonel Bahamut (before he became the villain of Contra: Hard Corps) spearheading a revolution against an oppressive government.  Three other heroes will also be selectable to take on massive bosses and robotic armies.
