World of Warcraft Cataclysm Guide: Exalted Reputation with the Ramkahen

Gaining exalted reputation with the Ramkahen can take some time, but once exalted a player has access to nice gear and is able to buy a camel mount. 

The Ramkahen are based in Uldum, both the Horde and Alliance can earn reputation with this faction.

Quests with Ramkahen

When a player starts questing in Uldum they will gain reputation with the Ramkahen, although not all the quests in the zone are with this faction, a player should get a nice amount of reputation by the time they complete the zone. 

Friendly Reputation with the Ramkahen

Once a player is friendly with the Ramkahen they can purchase a tabard from the quartermaster, the tabard will give the player reputation when worn in Cataclysm level 85 dungeons and Cataclysm heroic dungeons. This is the easiest way to become exalted with the Ramkahen.

Daily Quest with the Ramkahen

Unfortunately there is one daily quest available with the Ramkahen, and a player must complete the quest first before it will become a daily. The daily quest is picked up just to the south-east of Ramkahen. The daily 'Thieving Little Pluckers' can be completed in less than a minute, and will grant 150 reputation with the Ramkahen, more if they have the guild perk of increased reputation gain. 

Rewards from the Ramkahen

Once a player is honoured with the Ramkahen, they will have access to item level 333 blue pieces of gear. At revered there is more available and these are item level 346. There is also a head enchant available at revered which grants 60 agility and 35 haste to a helm, this is a good enchant for melee dps and hunters. Once a player is exalted they will be able to purchase epic item level 359 items. They are cloth dps boots, plate tanking bracers, plate healing belt, melee dps neck. A player can also buy a tan riding camel and a brown riding camel, purchasing just one will earn the player the achievement One Hump or Two.

Although becoming exalted with the Ramkahen can be slower than other Cataclysm factions because there is only one daily, using the tabard is very helpful, and the daily is also quick and fun to do.
