Sony Announces Resistance 3 Casting Contest

Send a picture to Sony, and you could be cast in Resistance 3.

Sony, the publisher of the newest Resistance game, just announced a fan competition. The winner (plus a friend) will get a free trip to San Diego, California to have his or her face scanned so that it can be put into the game. The lucky pair will also get to meet the Insomniac Games development team and play Resistance 3 before its release.

To win, fans must send in pictures of themselves in a "Resistance style battle" or as a survivor of such a battle. Props are highly encouraged. The fan with the best picture and short essay explaining why he or she deserves to be in the game wins.

Resistance 3 will be released on September 6, 2011 exclusively for the PlayStation 3.
