The new addition to the franchise will be released this June.

Nintendo has announced that Metroid: Other M will be released this June 27th in North America.

Little has been said about the game's details, other than that it'll dive deeper into the story of Samus Aran. Hopefully more screenshots and story details will be revealed as we get closer to the summer.
