Kinect Price Point, Bundle, Revealed

Microsoft officially prices upcoming motion control peripheral.

Microsoft has officially priced their upcoming motion tracking peripheral "Kinect" at $149.99 USD. Kinect will come with a copy of Kinect Adventures for the Xbox 360 as well as USB and power cables for those without the newer "slim" models of the Xbox 360.

A new SKU which bundles Kinect with an Xbox 360 has also been revealed. The package will cost $300 USD and will come with the Kinect device, Kinect Adventures, and a Xbox 360 with 4 GB of flash memory. A standalone version of the 4 GB Xbox 360 without Kinect will be available in August.

Kinect launches in North America on November 4th, a release date for the rest of the world has currently not been announced. Kinect will require at least 175 MB of free space to work.
