More Borderlands DLC To Come In September

The Claptraps are back in the new DLC add-on for Borderlands.

Fans of Borderlands can look forward to a new DLC add-on coming this September called "Claptrap's New Robot Revolution."

This is the fourth DLC add-on from 2K Games and Gearbox Software. The DLC takes players back to Pandora to help prevent a Claptrap robot revolution during a civil war between the Hyperion Corporation and the Claptraps. Along the way, players will go up against the Claptrap's leader the kung-fu master Ninja Assassin Claptrap as well. The add-on will include 20 new missions for single and co-op play, new enemies that are "claptrap-ified", and new skill points.

Christoph Hartmann, President of 2K Games had this to say about the new content,

"A year later [after the release of Borderlands], we are releasing our fourth DLC installment, Claptrap's New Robot Revolution, which illustrates our enthusiasm for creating highly entertaining content that enhances a franchise. In addition to serving as the perfect book end to the original game, what gamer doesn't love a kung-fu-wielding Ninja Assassin Claptrap with nunchuck skills?"

Claptrap's New Robot Revolution will cost 800 Microsoft points for Xbox 360, and $10 on PC or Playstation Network.
