Activision reveals new Spider-Man, X-Men, Transformers and Guitar Hero games in conference call.
During a conference call with investors, Activision revealed a basic list of 2011 titles the company will publish. Fans can expect a new Spider-Man game, a new X-Men, a new Guitar Hero, and a new Transformers game after the next Michael Bay movie comes to theaters.
"In addition to Call of Duty in 2011 we will have new release from our other proven franchises including the Hero brand, Spider-Man, X-Men and Transformers, which will be supported by what is expected to be another major blockbuster movie from Michael Bay."
Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg also mentioned a mysterious new kid's property that will involve "innovative technology and has the potential to open up a whole new product segment for us." Hirshberg promised to speak on this more during the next conference call.
